Description
The Stockton Cathay Club Scholarship is open to Chinese-American students at San Joaquin Delta College who have been residents of San Joaquin County for at least five years. You must have completed 30 units with at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership abilities and participate in both college and community activities to be eligible for this award.
