Description
The Torrington High School Scholarship is open to graduating seniors at Torrington High School. You must be a U.S. citizen or have been issued an alien registration card (green card), and have been a permanent resident in the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut's service area for at least 12 months to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic excellence, character, citizenship/service, acceptance at an institution of higher learning, and co-curricular and community involvement.
