Description
The Kenneth K. Mills Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Shepaug Valley Regional High School who will be attending Rutgers University. You must be a U.S. citizen or have been issued an alien registration card (green card) and have been a permanent resident in the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut's service area for at least 12 months to be eligible for this award.
