Description
The Steven A. Chupka Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Oliver Wolcott Vocational- Technical School. You must have an academic focus in electronics, demonstrate financial need and show academic achievement. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen or have been issued an alien registration card (green card) and have been a permanent resident in the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut's service area for at least 12 months to be eligible for this award.
