Description
The George M. and Mabel H. Slocum Foundation Scholarship is open to first-year and transfer students at Florida Gulf Coast University who are enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences. You must be enrolled in or have completed an ethics course. Selection for this award is based on demonstrated financial need and a commitment to community service. You must also be accepted into the Honors Program at Florida Gulf Coast University. Incoming freshmen should have at least a 3.5 GPA in core subjects and a 1050 SAT score (21 ACT). Continuing or transfer students should have at least a 3.3 cumulative GPA.
