Description
The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Foundation Scholarship is available to students residing in Marshall, Ohio, Brooke, or Hancock County in West Virginia; or Belmont or Jefferson County in Ohio. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum 800 SAT / 18 ACT score.
