The State Fair of Virginia Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Virginia Tech enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Science. You must be a Virginia resident and have been active in 4-H or FFA for at least two years to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on academic achievement, character, leadership potential and financial need.
