Edwin and Ruth Decker '74 Scholarship

The Edwin and Ruth Decker '74 Scholarship is available to female undergraduate students at Empire State College. You must be enrolled at the Long Island Center to be eligible for this award. All applicants must be in good academic standing, demonstrate financial need and have earned at least eight hours.
