Description
The Carl O. Basel Scholarship is available to students at Alpena Community College. You must be pursuing study in natural resources and plan to attain a four-year degree in forestry, wildlife, forest recreation or agriculture. Also, you must be from Alpena, Montmorency or Presque Isle County, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be involved in community service and extracurricular activities to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to graduates of Hillman High School.
