Description
The Ellen Koonce Parker Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Cumberland and Hoke County. You must be planning to enter NC State University or Appalachian State University in the next six months. You must also demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, character and service to be eligible for this award. A short personal essay is also required.
