Description
The Robert L. Schulke Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Alpena Community College. You must either be a cancer survivor or have an immediate family member affected by cancer. Also, you must be a resident of Alpena County, and be enrolled for at least six hours to be eligible for this award. Special consideration is given to students enrolled in a health occupations or law enforcement program.
