Description

The Virginia Powell Scholarship is available to full - time students at Tarleton State University. You must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate leadership abilities in the school and community. Also, you must be a resident of Texas and a US citizen to be eligible for this award. First preference is given to those students from the Selden community.
