Description

The Otho and Ellen Phillips Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time agriculture students at Tarleton State University. You must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 2.75 GPA and have completed 30 semester hours at TSU to qualify for this award. Recipients should be from Comanche, Brown & contiguous counties within the north-central part of Texas. In addition, your parent(s) must be non-college degree holders.
