Description

The Edmund and Opal Willis Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg Campus. You must be a resident of the Emmetsburg Public School District; be in good academic standing; and be pursuing study in the fields of science, math, or office / secretarial work to be eligible for this award. Residents returning to the area after graduating also are eligible.
