Description

The Steve Edward Smith Scholarship is available to students at Rockingham Community College. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled in an allied health program. Also, you must be a resident of Rockingham County and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students in the associate degree nursing program.
