Description
The Mr. and Mrs. John A. Overby Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Rockingham Community College. You must be enrolled in a minimum 6 credit hours and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Additionally, you must demonstrate participation in school and community activities to be eligible for this renewable award. Preference will be given to employees of Short Sugar's or their children.
