Description
The National Scholarship is available to freshmen at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. You must be a resident of any state excluding Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. You must also have graduated in the top 15 percent of your class and demonstrate academic achievement, high academic potential, outstanding leadership, creativity, community involvement, and contribution to diversity to be eligible for this award.
