The River Valley Telecommunications Coop Scholarship is available to full - time entering freshmen at Iowa Lakes Community College. You must be a graduating high school senior who lives in the Graettinger, Ruthven, or Wallingford telephone exchange (859, 837, or 867 phone prefix) and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award.
