Description
The Alice Nelson Franks Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and re-entry students from Humboldt County. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan to attend a college/university to be eligible for this award. Re-entry students must have a five year minimum break from previous study.
