The Past Department Presidents' Junior Scholarship Award is available to California students who have consecutive membership as a Junior for three years and are current with membership in the American Legion Auxiliary. You must be a child, grandchild, or great grandchild of an Air Forces veteran. You must also currently be in high school and plan on attending college in the next academic year to be eligible for this award.
