The Stella Blum Research Grant is open to undergraduate or graduate students who are members of the Costume Society of America. The award is given to support the research and study of North American costume. Your selection for this award will be based on: academic record, experience, references, significance of research project, project goals, methodology, proposed tangible results and feasibility of the project's time, budget and resources.
