The Nathaniel McCaslin Minority Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate social work majors at Western Michigan University. You must be a minority student and a single parent, be in good academic standing, and have a history of, or interest in, working in the community service area to be eligible for this award. Graduate students must be in the second year of a full-time master's degree program or the second or third year of a part-time master's degree program. Preference is given to first-generation college students and students who have a commitment to working with adolescents.
