Description
The L. S. Mitchell Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at Panola College. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and be majoring in business, agriculture or in a health-related field to be eligible for this award. Students from Upshur, Marion, Harrison, Panola and Shelby Counties are eligible to apply for this award.
