Description
The Phelps Family Military Service CAP Scholarship is available to upper-division undergraduate students with a strong academic record who are active or veteran members of the US military or are enrolled in the ROTC program at the University of Northern Colorado. To be considered for this award, you must submit a 500-word essay detailing how you exemplify the values of "Contribute, Achieve, and Pay-it-forward (CAP)" and agree to take a financial literacy class before graduating.
