The NCI Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics Fellowship is available to post-baccalaureate and doctoral students. As a fellow, you will focus on one of the following scientific areas: Bioinformatics, Biostatistics / Mathematics, Chemistry / Chemical Biology, Clinical Research, Developmental Biology, Exposure Assessment, Health Disparities, Microbiology / Infectious diseases (non-viral), Molecular Pharmacology / Toxicology, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Biomedical Engineering / Biophysics / Physics, Cancer Biology, Chromosome Biology / Epigenetics, Computational Biology, Epidemiology / Population Sciences, Genetics / Genomics, Immunology, Molecular Biology / Biochemistry, Neuroscience / Neurophysiology / Neurodevelopment, or Stem Cells / Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells. Fellows also receive mentorship and professional development opportunities. Selection is based on short-response essay questions, three letters of recommendation, and your CV/resume.
