Description
The JWU Future Food Scholarship is available to incoming freshman and transfer students who plan to major in applied food science, baking and pastry arts, culinary arts/nutrition, culinary science and product development, dietetics and applied nutrition, food and beverage industry management, and food and beverage entrepreneurship. To be eligible for this award, you must submit formulas/recipes for fully composed savory or sweet dishes that address one or a number of critical food system challenges. Formulas/recipes will be reviewed and scored with respect to the program parameters by JWU CFIT culinary and baking and pastry faculty and guest judges.
