Description
The Etta Gray Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students who have a permanent residence in Upstate, South Carolina (Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg Counties) and who are pursuing a technical certification at one of the specific technical colleges in Upstate South Carolina. Eligible certifications include: Technical Certification in Information and Other Technology Related fields, including but not limited to Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Java, Internet, PC Programming, Computer Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Network Administration or PC Programming.
