The Presidential Scholarship is open to first generation students at San Diego City College. You must be a graduating/transfer student who has completed a degree or will transfer to a degree seeking program at a 4-year institution, have a minimum 3.5 or higher and demonstrate a dedication to community and service in order to be eligible for this award.
