The Sand Creek Descendant Scholarship is available to incoming freshman and transfer students at the University of Denver who are descendants of Sand Creek Massacre victims. Documents are required to demonstrate ancestral lineage (e.g., one or more of the following: tribal enrollment records, birth certificates, census data, marriage certificates, death certificates, etc.).
