Description
The Sgt. F. Joseph Kelly Scholarship is available to junior-level students at Michigan State University who are enrolled in the MSU School of Criminal Justice and reside in the State of Michigan. Preference will be given to students who have current or past experience in volunteering and/or community service or students who have indicated an interest in pursuing a career in community-based policing.
