Description
The Lipsky/Whittaker Scholarship is available to Rhode Island high school graduates under the age of 24 who are enrolled in a full-time, post-secondary technical training program or at a two/four year college. To be considered for this award, you must identify as LGBTQ+, or be raised in an LGBTQ+ household, and have a substantial history of LGBTQ+ activism.
