Description
The Outstanding Student Leadership Award is available to undergraduate students at Emory University who demonstrate a positive impact on the campus environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities. Selection is based on a letter of reference from an Emory staff member, transcript, resume, and a 1,000-word maximum essay addressing the following prompt: “Describe a personal life experience that has shaped your past, current, and/or planned leadership efforts on behalf of the LGBTQ community."
