Description
The Dick M. Rice Memorial Scholarship is available to students majoring in agriculture or conservation at Allegany College of Maryland. You must be a resident of Bedford County and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 to be eligible for this renewable award. Also, you must submit three letters of recommendation from faculty, church and community leaders.
