Description
The Laila Uthman Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors at Oceana High School. You must be a student who has overcome academic or personal difficulties or has shown unusual concern for those less fortunate and be planning to enroll in a community college, four-year university, or vocational school in order to be eligible for this award.
