Description
The Jeffrey L. Esser Career Development Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who are enrolled part-time in a course of study to advance their careers in state or local government finance. To be eligible for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen/permanent citizen and have been employed at least three years by one or more state or local governments.
