The President' Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at Western Illinois University who have a minimum GPA of 4.0, enroll in the Centennial Honors College, and leadership ability as well as community engagement. This award covers full tuition, student fees, a double residence hall room and meal plan not covered by other scholarships.
