The Civic Leaders Program Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at Loras College. This program provides the opportunity to deepen your understanding of leadership, service, justice, and responsible contribution during all four years of your college experience. Designed to blend theory and practice, the program strives to develop your capacities to be positive change agents within your community. Operating from an asset-based perspective, the program aims to assist you in acquiring the skills needed to work in solidarity with marginalized people and communities.
