Description
The Bill Clapper Memorial Music Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Monterey High School. You must be a member of the HS Band, Jazz Band, or Orchestra for at least two years, including the Senior year, have a 3.0 GPA and be recommended by the MHS School Band Director in order to be eligible for this award .
