The WTS Sharon D. Banks Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship is available to female undergraduate students who are residents of Oregon or Southwest Washington. You must be studying math, science, and/or technology, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be considering a college degree in a transportation-related field in order to be considered for this award.
