The Presidential Leadership Scholarship is available to incoming freshman and transfer students at Oklahoma Wesleyan University who have a minimum GPA of 3.5. To be considered for this renewable award, you submit three letters of reference and a two-three page essay discussing community service experience, high school and youth group involvement, and plan for involvement as an OKWU Eagle.
