Description
The Riz Oades Memorial Scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students. You must be Filipino or Filipino American residents of San Diego County and currenly attending or planning to attend a four-year undergraduate university or community college in San Diego County. To be considered for this award, you must be majoring in Health Sciences, Public Health or Asian Studies, have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and demonstrate leadership at school or in their community.
