Description
The Mel C. Marshall Scholarship is open to high school seniors and current college students. You must be studying in a building, construction, or PRECAST concrete industry and be a resident of California in order to be considered for this award. An essay of between 300 and 500 words on a topic related to the precast concrete industry must also be submitted.
