Description
The California-Hawaii Elks Association Undergraduate Scholarship Application for Students with Disabilities is available to students residing in California or Hawaii. To be eligible for this award, you must have a physical impairment, neurological impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and/or speech/language disorder. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen and be a senior in high school, a high school graduate, or have passed the General Educational Development (GED) Examination or the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE).
