The Stephen Logan Memorial Scholarship is available to LGBT students who are enrolled at a post-secondary institution (college, university, or trade/vocational school) in Santa Barbara County, California. Selection is based on community involvement, financial need, an autobiography/personal statement, career goals, and two letters of recommendation.
