Description
The Young Women of Color Read Essay Contest is open to female high school seniors. You must be a student who is Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color (BIPOC) who is enrolled in high schools in California and must submit a typed two-page essay in which you describe how your fiction or nonfiction full-length book (no short stories) changed your views/perspectives or made you think differently about an issue in ordert to be considered for this award.
