Description
The Michael P. Saba Endowed Scholarship is available to graduate students at Portland State University who are enrolled in the Toulan School of Urban Studies Planning. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on a a love of cities and wish to pursue a career to enhance urban civilization, both locally and globally.
