Description
The REC Community Scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students. You must be planning to attend or be currently attending a college, university or technical school and have a parent or guardian who is a REC member-owner and/or student must be a member-owner in order to be eligible for this award. Applicants must reside within REC's service territory.
