Description
The WISE Women of Blair County Scholarship is open to female residents of Blair County. You must be at least 21 years of age, have overcome adversity or discrimination in your life, and be pursuing an undergraduate degree in order to be considered for this award. You must also submit short answers to two essay questions that address your goals and plans, as well as how you have overcome adversity in your life.
