The Phillip Schrager Scholarship Program for Student Leaders is available to students entering the University of Nebraska Omaha. You must demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities in high school activities and organizations. You must also have a record of scholastic achievement to be eligible for this renewable award. Preference is given to students from the Omaha area.
