Description
The Larry Itliong Scholarship is available to graduating high school students and students currently enrolled at an accredited college, university, or technical institute/professional school. To be considered for this award, you must be a resident of San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Imperial, or San Bernardino Counties in California. Additionally, you must be of at least 25 percent Filipino heritage. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership and service to the community as well as an essay submission.
